Your team is my number one priority. I will accept the team and the way they operate and function, I will work with you as a unique set of individuals and together we will find an individualised way to help you reach your goals. My biggest priority is your team's benefit. I make sure you and the team can decide on what techniques they want to try, and you and the team decide in what direction my consultation should go. The team are the experts on what will help them reach their goals. I am only here to provide some new tools and help them look in some different directions, on the quest of helping you along the way to whatever it is the team wants to achieve.
